Refunds/Returns Policy

If you were not able to get Void to work for your use,

Contact us at contact at void it dot org and tell us what you were using it for. We will provide help if you would like advice on how to use it properly for your application. If you’d rather not try, we will just refund half the price of your purchase up to $50 rather than shipping the product back.

If you choose this option, we will have to assume you did not like the product and won’t want more, so the household won’t be able to order again. (This helps us protect ourselves from people who would order, refund, order, refund, etc.)

If your product is damaged or missing

Contact us at contact at void it dot org and we will ping the shipper. If there was not a mistake, the item will be presumed stolen and we will ship again, once per household, up to $50 product value.

If you email us from an address different from which you used to purchase, let us know the email (or other purchase details) it was purchased under so we can find your order.
